Ths paper describes the teaching and practice method of Computer Assemble and Maintenance in high professional education from four aspects： Firstly, the characteristics of the course ＂Computer Assemble and Maintenance＂ in high professional education are analyzed. Secondly, the teaching content and method are discussed .Thirdly, the teaching effect is described and some improvements are put forward. Fourthly, several problems should be paid attention to in the process of organizing teaching.
