摘要
发展工程硕士专业学位研究生教育是社会急需大批新型专门技术人才形式的需要,也是不同人才规格需要和工学研究生教育改革的必然结果,工程硕士学位的设立与工程硕士的培养拓宽了国家培养高层次人才的渠道,促进了科技、教育、经济紧密相结合,加强了高等学校同科研、生产和社会各方面的横向联系,也促进高等学校自身的发展,加快了高等学校学科专业结构的调整。但工程硕士教育的基础还比较薄弱,许多教育工作者对于其教育规律的认识还显不足。因此,作者从工作实践出发,提出加快工程硕士教育发展的途径和措施:发展工程硕士专业学位研究生教育要走产学研相结合的道路,工作重心应该从外延发展转移到内涵建设上来。
The establishment of the engineering master degree and the education of engineering postgraduates have widened the channel of cultivating high -level intellectuals, contributing to the close bond betwees technology, education and economics, strengthening the horizontal link between higher education institutions, scientific research, production and all other fields of the society. However, the ground work of education of engineering tively weak; furthermore, the knowledge of its educational regulations is not sufficient. This paper discusses the methods and measures of furthering the development of engineering postgraduate education on the basis of the author's working practice.
