关于江苏高职教育师资队伍创新培养的思考

以培养实用型、技能型人才为主的江苏高职教育,应当建立起一支与之相适应的高素质的师德高尚、业务精湛、素质优良、结构合理、技术过硬、生产懂行、专兼结合、勇于创新的“双师型”师资队伍,这是培养实用型人才的关键。要建设好这支队伍,必须创新培养模式,建立开放性的师资队伍培养的新体系、新模式和新举措。

Jiangsu higher vocational education, with the task of training pragmatic and technical talents as its center, needs a high-qualified teaching team with noble character, exquisite skills, excellent quality, and proper structure. The teaching team are superhand and familiar with production and sensitive to innovation. This is the key to training pragmatic talents. To construct the teaching tram well, we must innovate the training model and establish new open system, new training model and adopt new measures.
