摘要
在比较一元质量控制与多元质量控制特性差异的基础上,提出解决工业企业中的生产过程质量控制问题必须利用多元质量控制理论,指出在实际应用中把多元质量控制问题简单化处理的危害,在分析的基础上给出了多元质量控制的统计模型,并将统计模型用于生产企业中的实际,验证了统计模型的正确性.
On the basis of the comparison of univariate quality control and multivariate quality control,the paper puts forward that it is necessary to solve the problem of the process quality control in the manufacture industry to use multivariate quality control theory, and then the damage is pointed out that the multivariate quality control problem has been tackled simply in actual application. The statistical model of multivariate quality control is presented and applied to solve manufacture production, which verifies the correctness of the model.
