摘要
本文对已投入运转的千瓦级CO激光器放电区的等离子体特性作了探讨,从放电区等离子体的一些参数入手,计算了放电区的电子密度、电导率及等效电阻,并由此计算了放电区的注入功率。计算表明,对于典型的激光运转条件,放电区电子密度在1010/cm3左右,等效电阻约为几百欧姆。
In this paper the plasmic charactrization in discharge section has been investigated for the high power CO laser. Electron density, conductivity and equivalent resistance of the plasma have been calculated. From these the power injected into the discharge section is calculated as well. The calculatino result express that for the typical condition of laser operation electron density approximate 10 10 /cm 3, value of equivalent resistance within several hundred Ohm. The calculated value of equivalent resistance and injected power agrees basically with the value of measurment.
