摘要
从正交试验设计的优点出发,利用正交试验设计了无酸洗拉丝的配方试验.通过直观分析和方差分析,选出了最优的配方.采用此配方提高了润滑剂的质量,而且为企业节约了成本.
Non-pickling wire drawing prescription experiment is designed based on the advantage of the orthogonal experiment. Through direct analysis and analysis of variance, the optimum prescription has been elected. The quality of the lubrication is improved in this prescription. The cost is reduced on the part of enterprises.
