摘要
针对文献中雷达组网作战效能评价指标体系,提出了组网雷达作战效能的量化评估方法.该方法采用AHP求取各层次指标的权重,运用模糊理论确定各评估方案的属性值,最后归并获得评价结果.事实表明,该评判方法不仅可以公平合理地获得评价结果,而且有效地回避了在多方案评价时判断矩阵的一致性检验难以通过的问题,为保证雷达组网作战效能的持续改进提供了积极的支持.
According to the evaluation factor target system of the fighting effectiveness of radar netting, a method about its fuzzy decision is proposed. In this method, the weight of decision criteria at every level of the hierarchy is calculated by AHP, and the attribute value of every plan is decided by fuzzy theory with the evaluation. The result is acquired finally by merging. It is manifested that thi~ method not only can get the result impartially and reasonably, but also can effectively reduce the inconsistency of the judgment matrix in the evaluation of multi plan problems so as to improve fighting effectiveness of Radar Netting.
