摘要
在实施教师聘任制的过程中,应当保护教师的合法权利。首先,教师聘任制不能矮化教师,应采取各项措施确保其社会和经济的地位。其次,建立健全教师组织机构,实现维护权利的途径。再次,健全教师的保障程序机制,使其法制化、科学化。最后,对解聘的教师尤其要注意相关权利的维护。
It is essential to protect teachers' legal rights when implementing teacher employment system. Firstly, teacher employment system should not lower teachers' status. Instead, measures should be taken to guarantee their social and economic status. Secondly, teacher organizations or institutions should be set up and perfected to protect teachers' rights. Thirdly, a legal and scientific mechanism should be established to ensure teachers' rights protection. Finally, the rights of dismissed teachers should be respected.
