2005年江西省省属星级宾馆卫生状况调查

Investigation on Sanitary Condition in Star Hotels in Jiangxi in 2005

[目的]了解江西省省属星级宾馆卫生状况，提高星级宾馆经营和管理者的法制观念和管理水平，创造良好的旅店卫生环境。[方法]2005年6～10月，对南昌市城区15家省属星级宾馆的室内空气和用品用具进行检测。[结果]在15家星级宾馆检测86间客房，各项指标总合格率为93．37％；其中二星级、三星级、四星级宾馆的合格率分别为90．00％、92．00％、95．12％（P〈0．01）；空气微生物合格率为93．02％，微小气候合格率为85．35％，空气有害物质合格率为100．00％；检测公共用品344份，微生物指标合格率为97．67％，其中二星级、三星级、四星级宾馆的合格率分别为90．38％、98．33％、99．42％（P〈0．01）。[结论]宾馆星级越高，空气合格率、公共用品合格率越高。

[Objective]To understand the sanitary condition in star 1 hotels under provincial administration,improve the manager＇s legality and administrative level, provide sanitary environment. [Methods]Indoor air and articles, facilities were tested in 15 star hotels under provincial administration in Nanchang from June to October 2005. [Results]Of the 86 rooms tested in 15 star hotels, the overall qualified rate for various index was 93.37 %. The qualified fate in 2-star,3-star and 4- star hotels was 90.00%, 92.00% and 95.12% respectively （ P 〈0.01）. The qualified rate of microbe in room air was 93.02 %. The qualified rate of microtmosphere was 85.35 %. The qualified rate of harmful substance in air was 100.00% . 344 facilities for public use were tested, the qualified rate of microbe was 97.67 %. Of them the qualified rate in 2-star, 3- star and 4-star hotels was 90.38 %, 98.33 % and 99.42 % respectively （ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The higher the star level of the hotels,the higher of the qualified rate of air and the facilities for public use.
