我国东中西部三大区域人口竞争力实证比较研究

人口竞争力是一国综合国力和国际竞争力的重要内容。本文首次在明确人口竞争力概念的基础上,运用层次分析法(AHP),从人口数量、人口质量、人口结构、人口分布与迁移以及人口与生态环境的关系五大要素着手,对我国东中西部三大区域人口竞争力进行了客观评价和比较研究。研究结果表明,我国区域人口竞争力具有明显的差异性和相对性特征,同时揭示了其具有差异性和相对性特征的深层次机理。最后提出了促进各区域人口平衡和可持续发展,提升我国人口竞争力的对策建议。

Population competitiveness is an important content of one country＇s Comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness. Based on putting forward the concept of the population competitiveness for the first time, this paper makes objective evaluation and comparative study on the competitiveness between the eastern, central and western regions in China . To achieve this, this paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP）, from five factors which include Population quantity, Population quality, Population structure, Thepopulation distribution and relationship between migrates Population and ecological environment. The result of the study shows that region population competitiveness has character of obvious difference and relativity. Meanwhile, it posts the in - depth mechanism why it has such character. At last, this paper puts forward the suggestions which can promote the balance and Sustainable Development in every region and update the population competitiveness in China.
