摘要
优选返魂草颗粒中绿原酸的提取工艺.设计正交实验,采用水浴和超声波分别对返魂草颗粒中绿原酸的提取方法进行了研究.水浴法的最佳提取工艺条件为:70%乙醇,料液比24:1,40℃水浴回流90 min;超声波法最佳提取工艺条件为:80%乙醇,料液比24:1,预浸渍30 min超声40 min.结果显示超声波提取法所得绿原酸含量较高,以本工艺提取返魂草颗粒绿原酸,绿原酸含量达到3.63 mgYg.
In order to study the extraction process of aster pellet,optimal conditions for chlorogenic acid in Fanhuneao Granule with water bath and ultrasonic wave were studied by thogonal design. The results showed that the optimal conditions for extracting with water bath extracting using orwas 40 ℃, 24:1 of 70% ethanol solution to Fanhuncao Granule weight ratio,extracting for 90 minutes and that with ultrasonic technique was 24:1 of 80% ethanol solution to Fanhuncao Granule weight ratio,presoaking 30 minutes and extracting for 40 minutes. The results showed that the content of chlorogenic acid extracted with ultrasonic wave was higher than with water bath. The content of chlorogenic acid in Fanhuneao Granule was 3.63mg/g. Verification experiment proved the optimum processing method was feasible.
