中药配合穴位注射治疗视网膜色素变性的临床观察

Clinical observation of pigmentosa retinae treated by combination of Chinese herb and Chinese herb medicine point injection

目的观察中药配合穴位注射治疗视网膜色素变性的临床疗效。方法将60例脾肾阳虚型视网膜色素变性患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予内服中药配合穴位注射治疗,对照组30例仅予内服中药治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,4个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为65.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药配合穴位注射方法是治疗视网膜色素变性的有效方法之一。

Objective To observe the effect of pigmentosa retinae treated by Chinese herb medicine point injection. Methods 60 patients with pigmentosa retinae（spleen and kidney deficiency） were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group（ n = 30）were treated by combination of Chinese herb and Chinese traditional point injection. Patients in control group （ n = 30） treated by Chinese herbs only. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was higher（83. 33% ）than that in control lgoup （65.33%, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of Chinese herb and Chinese traditional point injection was one of the effective methods on pigmentosa retinae.
