摘要
目的探讨牛磺酸对液压冲击伤导致的体外培养的大鼠神经元内Ca2+超载的影响。方法将体外培养的大鼠神经元细胞随机分为正常对照(24 h4、8 h)组、液压冲击伤(24 h、48 h)模型组、牛磺酸(伤后24 h、48 h)治疗组,以Fluo-3/AM为细胞内钙离子荧光指示剂,用激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)测定各组神经元细胞内Ca2+的变化。结果神经元细胞损伤后,伤后24 h神经元胞质内钙离子浓度达高峰,48 h仍维持在较高水平;于伤后立即给与牛磺酸治疗24 h或48 h,均能减轻损伤神经元细胞内的钙超载。结论牛黄酸对液压冲击伤后大鼠神经元内Ca2+超载有较好的保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of taurine on calcium overload in neurons following hydraulic impact.Methods neurons were randomly divided into normal control(24 h,48 h) group,hydraulic impact injury(24 h,48 h) model group,taurine group(to hydraulic impact injury at 24 h, 48 h), alteration in Ca^2 + in SD rat' s neuronal cell following hydraulic impact injury was measured by means of a confocal laser scanning microscope using Fluo-3/AM as a calcium indicator. Results Compared with model group, all taurine groups were shown to have markedly less intracellular calcium eonten. Conclusion: Taurine is effective in counteracting the calcium overload caused in neurons following hydraulic impact. Conclusion taurine;following hydraulic impact;calcium overload
