房地产开发与风景名胜区的和谐共生——以扬州“莱茵·高咏居”规划设计为例

摘要 “莱茵·高咏居”项目位于扬州市蜀冈—瘦西湖风景名胜区内,北靠大明寺,东邻瘦西湖公园,具有不可复制的景观优势。为了打造一个传承地方居住文化、与瘦西湖景区和谐共生的高档文化社区,规划根据历史资料,在人文商业区的东北部重建可考证的历史遗址高咏楼,在居住区内重现扬州老城区的“巷“”弄”形态,根据景观优势的不同布置花园式、巷院式和庭园式三种住宅形式,并创造多重院落空间。 Rhine Gaoyong residence is located in the "Shu Mountain-Slim West Lake" scenic resort area. On its north is the famous Buddhism temple-Darning temple. On its east is the Slim West Lake Park. It has a big landscape advantage. To build a noble cultural neighborhood that inherits local residential characteristics and co-exists with the Slim West Lake harmoniously, the master plan reconstructs a once-existed historical relic site-Gaoyong Tower on the northeast of the humanistic commercial area. It reconstructs the "alley" residential prototype in Yangzhou and designed three residential forms: garden type, alley type, and courtyard type, and created multi-courtyard space.
