拉市个性化新农村建设重点在于环境个性化、文化个性化和产业个性化三个方面:在环境个性化建设方面,注重保护不同特色的环境个性和多元复合的环境个性;在文化个性化建设方面,突出文化的乡土性,从民族、居住区域、生产方式、宗教等多个角度综合体现不同村庄的乡村文化个性;在产业个性化建设方面,注重从现实情况出发,发展旅游产业和生物产业。

The emphases of new countryside construction in La city are environment, culture, and industry characteristics. In terms of environment, we should protect different environmental genes and multi-environmental complex; for culture, we shall highlight the vernacular culture and exhibit countryside characteristics from ethnical, residential, industrial, and religious aspects. In industry, we should develop toudsm and biology industry from a practical point of view.
