摘要
二氧化硫脲是一种还原型漂白剂,对牛奶纤维有较好的漂白能力,漂白效果优于双氧水和保险粉,且对纤维的损伤较小,同时其BOD和COD值较低,可作为低污染的无毒漂白剂使用.当二氧化硫脲质量浓度为1g/L、保险粉质量浓度为0.5g/L时,具有较好的协同作用,其漂白试样白度可达到72.33,而且氧化-还原漂白对牛奶纤维的结构无影响.
Thiourea dioxide (Ⅰ) is a reductive bleach having good bleaching effect on milk fibers, resulting in better bleaching effect and less damages than hydrogen peroxide and sodium hydrosulfite (Ⅱ). Meanwhile it can be used as a non-toxic and low-pollutant bleach as its BQD and COD values are low. Good synergism occurred when I was used at concn, of 1 g/L and II 0.5 g/L, yielding samples with whiteness of 72.33. The structure of the milk fibers was not affected by the oxidation-reduction.
