学习型社区是构建学习型社会的基石,学习型社区建设是有效推进学习型城市建设的一个创新模式.本文在构建学习型社区建设评价指标的基础上,提出基于模糊层次分析法的学习型社区建设综合评价模型,为衡量学习型社区建设效果、检测学习型社区的运行,提供一种科学的决策方法.

Learning communities is the cornerstone of the learning society, while the building-up of the learning community is a innovative way to promote the construction of learning city effectively. A comprehensive appraisal model of the build-up of the learning community based on fuzzy-AHP is presented on the basis of building the index system of the learning community construction. This model provides a scientific decision-making method for measuring learning effectiveness of the learning community, testing the operation of the community.
