摘要
将油酸与浓硫酸反应所生成的硫酸化油酸再与某金属氢氧化物作用,便可制得一种新型的阴离子表面活性剂硫酸化油酸盐(代号为SMO)。探讨了影响油酸硫酸化反应的因素;确定了硫酸化的优化条件为:油酸与硫酸的配料比11.5,反应温度低温,反应时间大约4h;测试了SMO对金属试片的防锈性能,在添加2%SMO时,金属腐蚀速度为0.0009mm/a,仅为基础油的2.5%,腐蚀速度下降了97.5%。SMO的制备工艺比较简单,不用分离未反应的反应物及副产品。
By reacting the oleic acid with the concentrated sulfuric acid and saponifying the sulfated oleic acid produced with a hydroxide,a new type of anionic surfactant containing sulfating oleat(named as SMO) is made up.The factors affecting sulfating reaction yield are researched for optimum operating condition,namely,(1)mole ratio of oleic oil to sulfuric acid,1∶15;(2) lower temperature;(3)reaction time,about four hours.SMO is evaluated for antirust properties.When containing 2% SMO,the corrosion rate of steel is 0000 9 mm/a,lower than the baseoil.The technology for preparing SMO is simple without separating unreacted reactants and byproducts.
