辅导员是学生思想政治工作和日常管理工作的基层组织者,其任务艰巨,加上外部环境和学生思想的复杂化,辅导员工作面临巨大的挑战,要从服务意识、学生情况的掌握、入学教育、学生骨干队伍建设、贫困生等几方面去探究做好辅导员工作的高效途径。

Counselors organize the routine management and supervise students＇ idealistic and political movements. The mission itself is huge and hard, with the complicated surroundings as well as students＇ ideas, therefore, counselors are facing enormous challenges. The author will explore the most efficient ways of counselor＇s work in the following aspects, i. e. service consciousness, grasping student＇s situations, freshmen education program, backbone team forging among students, and needy students.
