摘要 甲状腺激素是哺乳动物生长发育的重要调节激素,碘化甲腺原氨酸脱碘酶是调控甲状腺激素的主要蛋白酶。其可分为3种类型,有相似的结构,但功能各异,在不同的组织器官,如大脑、子宫、胎盘和肝脏等发挥着不同的生理作用。甲状腺疾病、非甲状腺疾病病态综合征及糖尿病等内分泌疾病,以及一些药物的使用等均能影响其活性。 Thyroid hormone is a critical mediator hormone for normal growth and development in mammal species. There are three iodothyronine deiodinases. They share a similar structure but differ in physiologic role in different kinds of tissues or organs, especially in brain, uterus, placenta and liver. Some diseases, such as thyroid diseases, nonthyroidal illness syndrome, diabetes and other factors, including special drugs can influence and regtdate their activities.
