摘要
南桥污水处理厂原先采用传统活性污泥法工艺,构筑物布置紧凑,占地面积较少。为了增加脱氮除磷功能,需要对其进行改造,要求在不新征土地,不增加构筑物的条件下,达到GB18918-2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》的二级标准的排放要求,具有相当的技术难度。经过大量前期调研,采用同济大学开发的投料倒置A2O工艺进行改造。运行效果表明,该工艺具有停留时间短、处理效率高、具有同步硝化和反硝化的功能,同时对磷的去除也较好,对于面临同样问题的污水厂改造具有一定的借鉴意义。
Conventional activated sludge, process was adopted in Nanqiao WWTP. It is necessary to upgrade the plant to satisfy the second grade of 〈municipal wastewater treatment plant pollutant discharge standard〉(GB18918-2002) without new area and building. It is very imPortant that the reversed-moving bed A^2O process, which was invented by Tongji University, was adopted; it was judged that HRT, treatment efficiency and simultaneous nitrification and denitrification were all better than conventional A^2O process.
