建立标准信息管理系统的难点在于为内容广泛的标准确定统一的描述形式，建立公开高效的标准发布方式和满足用户个性化检索需求。从标准信息的表现形式出发，建立了标准统一描述形式；通过关键词检索服务和命令检索服务建立了高效的标准发布方式；通过身份认证服务和用户订阅服务满足了用户个性化检索需求。

The key points in construction of standards information management system are the unified description of all kinds of standards, the public efficient releasing and satisfaction of individual requirements. In this article, the unified descrip- tion of standards is built by the standards information data type; the releasing access is built by Key - Words Search Service and Command Search Service; and the requirements are satisfied by Authentication Service and Customers Subscript Service.
