摘要
大圆弧鼓形滚子轴承对牙轮牙爪轴的轴线相互倾斜具有调节功能,因此实际接触应力相对较低,承载能力高,寿命长。它用于三牙轮钻头,特别是大规径钻头和高速钻头,是一种较好的轴承结构形式。在分析三牙轮钻头轴承结构和载荷特点的基础上,探讨了三牙轮钻头鼓形滚子轴承设计的原理和方法,以限制轴承的塑性变形为出发点,建立了鼓形滚子设计时应满足的接触静强度条件和几何条件,给出了有关的计算公式,并对钻头轴承的接触疲劳强度问题作了简要分析。
The large circular-arc drum-shaped roller bearing has the ability of adjusting the tilting of its axis to the axis of the leg and cone of a tricone bit, and is characterized by lower actual contact pressure, large load carrying ability and long service life. It finds use in tricone bits, especially in large-sized bits and high speed bit. Based on an analysis of the design feature and load characteristic of the bearing for tricone bits, the author investigates the principle and method for designing the drum-shaped roller bearing for tricone bits, gives the condition of the contact static strength and the geometric condition required by the roller design with consideration of restricting the plastic deformation of the bearing, presents the relevant calculating equations, and analyzes the contact fatigue strength of the bit bearing concisely.
