摘要
目的研究黑大豆种皮提取物(black soybean coat extract,BSCE)对老龄小鼠的抗氧化和延缓衰老作用。方法以10月龄雄性昆明种小鼠为研究对象,灌胃给予BSCE0,10,30,50g/L,6w后处死所有动物,收集血清、肝脏和脑组织,测定血清中超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量、脑和肝脏中的B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)活性及皮肤中羟脯氨酸(Hyp)含量。结果摄入50g/LBSCE后,老龄小鼠血清SOD活性和皮肤Hyp明显增加,而血清MDA生成量和脑组织MAO-B活性则显著性低于对照组。结论BSCE具有抗氧化生物活性,对延缓衰老可能有一定作用。
[Abstractl Objective- To investigate the anti-oxidative and potential anti-aging effects of black soybean extracts (BSCE) on aged mice. Method- Kunming male mice of l0 month age were used in the experiment. They were given different doses of BSCE 0, 10, 30 or 50 g/L ig by 0.2 ml/(10g bw.d) every day for 6 w. Then all mice were killed and serum, liver and brain were collected. The activity of SOD and GSH-Px and the profile of MDA in serum, the activity of MAO-B in cerebral tissue and liver and the content of skin hydroproline (Hyp) in different groups were determined. Results: In the mice treated with BSCE 50 g/L, the activity of serum SOD and the content of skin Hyp were increased. Meanwhile, the activity of MAO-B in brain and the profile of MDA in serum were lower than those in control group. Conclusion. BSCE showed anti-oxidative and potential anti-aging effects in aged mice.
