摘要
为了保证邯钢400m^2烧结机连续生产,对原有风箱支管风量控制装置进行了改造。改造后的风箱控制装置,不仅能满足烧结生产对点火炉的负压要求,而且杜绝了因积料过多引起的事故停机。
In order to guarantee the steady operation of HANGANG 400 m^2 sintering machine, the wind volume controlling device of wind box branch pipe was modified. As a result, the new controlling device not only fulfilled the requirement of negative pressure ignition, but also eliminated the downtime caused by excessive accumulation of sinter material.
