摘要
本钢360m2烧结机自2004年8月投产以来,通过不断整改和完善,以及操作、管理水平的不断提高,烧结矿产质量迅速提高。目前,利用系数已达到1.30t/(m2.h)以上,作业率达到90%以上,烧结矿转鼓指数达到了79.5%。
Since the commissioning of 360m^2 sintering plant of BENXI STEEL in August 2004, the sinter output and quality were increased rapidly by modification and intensifying of operation and management. Now, the sintering productivity has been exceed 1.30 t/ （m^2·h）, the operating rate has been exceed 90% and the TI has attained to 79.5%.
