摘要
本文首先分析了浸没熔炼生产工艺流程特点及其对控制系统的要求。提出了对该过程进行控制的专家智能控制方案,重点论述了基于产生式规则的知识模型与解析的数学模型相结合的专家智能技术和WAS实时控制技术。由工业控制计算机实现的浸没熔炼过程控制系统能有效地控制炉内的氧化还原性气氛。
This paper analyses the characteristics and control requirements of the sirosmelt furnace pro-cess firstly. Expert intelligent control scheme for this process is presented. Expert intelligent tech-nique which combined knowledge model based on production rules with numerical model of analysis and WAS realtime control technique are described in detail. The control system for the sirosmelt furnace process which implemented by industrial control computer can control the atmosphere of oxidizing-reducing process in the furnace effectively.
