七氟丙烷(HFC-227ea)灭火系统管路流场数值模拟

摘要 采用二阶精度的有限体积法对稳定、不可压缩、绝热流动的时均雷诺方程进行离散,并使用不同密度的网格及不同类型的湍流模型对七氟丙烷(HFC-227ea)灭火系统管路的90°弯管的内部流场进行数值模拟,数值模拟结果与实验结果保持相当的一致性,满足工程计算要求。但要更为精确地模拟弯管的内部流场,需采用更为精确的模拟方法如大涡模拟(LES)或直接数值模拟(DNS)的方法。 In this paper, several types of turbulence model were implemented for predicting flows dominated by strong curvature effects. Solutions over a range of significantly different grid resolutions were presented to demonstrate grid-independent or grid-convergent results. All of the turbulence models implemented resulted in predicted velocity profiles that were in agreement with the experimental data. However, for more precise simulation, Large Eddy Simulation or Direct Numerical Simulation is needed, which can improve the traditional μt to reflect the changes of turbulent kinetic energy.
