摘要
为了在以太网上有效地传输多媒体信息，本文提出了一种位于传输层的基于动态优先级调度的令牌传递策略，对发向以太网的数据包进行控制，避免碰撞的发生，保证数据的定时发送．在多媒体桌面会议系统ＴＨ－ＭＤＣＳ中采用了此策略，通过它可充分利用网络的传输能力，在同一以太网上有效地传输了诸如视频、音频、图象、图形、文本。
In order to transmit multimedia information on Ethernet efficiently,a transport level token passing strategy based on dynamic priority schedule of data packets is proposed in this paper.Controlling the packets sent to Ethernet can meet the strict timing requirements of multimedia information.Adopting this strategy,the multimedia desktop conferencing system TH MDCS can transmit efficiently video,audio,image,graphics,text and animation on a unique Ethernet.
