玉米杂交当代的生理效应研究

Research on Physiological Effect of the Contemporary Hybrid in Maize

以9个玉米自交系组配成5对正反交组合,通过对亲本及杂交当代母本植株生理指标的测定,分析杂交对母本植株生理的影响。结果表明:杂交当代使母本植株的POD、MDA含量降低,脯氨酸含量增加,在去掉杂交果穗后其作用减弱。杂交植株的抗逆性也有所提高。

5 pairs of cross combinations were matched using 9 maize（Zea mays L.） inbred lines. Physiological index of parent and contemporary hybrid mother plant was measured to study the influence of hybrid to mother plant. The result showed that hybrid decreased the content of POD, MDA in mother plant, however, the content of praline increased. The effect as above was weakening after getting rid of the hybrid spike. Resistance of hybrid plant was enhanced.
