分光光度法测定玉米须总黄酮含量研究

Determination of Total Flavones Content in Maize Style by Colorimetry

筛选合适的分光光度法测定玉米须总黄酮含量。比较了3种比色法测定玉米须总黄酮效果。结果表明:三氯化铝比色法测定玉米须总黄酮平均含量1.91%,RSD=0.83%,平均回收率100.42%;硝酸铝比色法测定玉米须总黄酮平均含量2.70%,RSD=1.81%,平均回收率101.5%;直接比色法测定玉米须总黄酮平均含量3.16%,RSD=1.90%,平均回收率100.48%。实验表明:三氯化铝比色法测定玉米须总黄酮含量比其它方法准确,稳定性好,可以作为测定玉米须总黄酮含量方法。

To establish suitable methods for the determination of total flavones content in Maize style. The results showed that AlCl3 colorimetry,the average recovery rate was 100.42% and RSD=0.83%, total flavones content of Maize style was 1.91%. Al（NO3）3 colorimetry, the average recovery rate was 101.5% and RSD=1.90%, the total flavones content of Maize style was 2.81%. General colorimetry, the average recovery rate was 100.48% and RSD=1. 90%, the total flavones content of Maize style was 3.16%. The AlCl3 colorimetry is easy-to-handle with good accuracy and reproducibility, and is suitable for the quality control of Maize style.
