摘要
对成教部2002和2003级临床医学专升本学生234人进行对照研究，每届随机分为试验组（病例-学导式教学法）和对照组（讲解式授课）。结果发现病例-学导式教学法可以提高成人教育生理学的教学效果。
The subjects investigated are from 2002 and 2003 grades of 234 adult students in clinical medicine. The students from each grade are randomly divided into the experimental group （case-instructing teaching method） and the control group （traditional teaching method）. The outcome shows that the case-instructing teaching method can increase the effect of physiological teaching for adult students.
