创伤救治培训班的教学探索

Teaching exploration on training course for trauma treatment

随着现代技术的发展，局部战争及恐怖威胁的出现，开展创伤骨干培训，提高部队战创伤救治成为必须。我院所依托优势，优选培训师资，强化实用技术、见习临床病例，熟悉战伤特点等，通过学习和交流，使基层部队培训学员掌握前沿技术动态，明确了工作思路，增强工作的主观能动性，提高创伤应急指挥与救治能力。

This paper presents the experience of teaching on the training course of trauma treatment for cultivating military medical personnel with all-round abilities. The optimization of excellent teachers, enrichment of the practical trauma technology, practice in clinical cases, familiarization with the traumatic characteristics and so on, were performed with the aid of affiliated hospital and institute of surgery. By means of communication and study, students from basic tmits kee informed about the recent development in forward technology, make clear of the work direction, boost the enthusiasm, and elevate the abilities of commanding and treating for traumas.
