通过实际的质量管理工作,探讨建立长效机制的依据、原则、途径和方法,不断丰富、完善、提升质量管理工作。
In this paper the basis, principles, approaches and methods for the establishment of the long-term efficiency mechanism in the quality control performances are discussed based on the actual practices so as to constantly enrich, improve and upgrade the quality control managements.
