Summary Description of Expert Opinion for Equipment Small Sample Reliability

摘要 专家信息是在小样本条件下,装备试验评定中验前信息的重要来源。在对国内外文献研究的基础上,将专家信息划分为定性和定量两种形式,分别对两种形式下专家信息的表述形式作进一步的划分,并给出了各种专家信息形式转化为验前分布的方法。 Expert＇s opinion is an important prior information source in equipment small sample reliability evaluation. Based on study of literatures at home and abroad, expert opinions are classified into two types： qualitative and quantitative. And the two types of expert opinion description are further classified respectively. The method for converting the expert opinion into prior distribution is provided.
