企业和谐管理是近几年来我国企业管理界的一个热门话题,是从我国企业的实际出发,适应经济全球化、信息化、市场化、知识化和可持续发展的需要,尤其是适应迫切解决当今企业现实中存在诸多不和谐问题的需要,同时也是适应中国式企业管理理论发展的需要而提出的新课题。本文主要是对企业和谐管理的特征与性质进行探讨,以便更深刻地理解和把握企业和谐管理的内涵和实质。

The enterprise＇ s harmonious management has been a hot topic of discussion in the field of the enterprise＇ s management of our country in recent years. Based on the enterprise＇ s reality in China, it is also a new subject put forward to meet the demand of economic globalization, informationization, marketization, knowledgization and sustainable development for the enterprises, to adapt especially to a demand to solve urgently a great deal of disharmonious problems in the enterprises today, and to adapt to a demand of the development of the enterprisc＇ s management theory in Chinese style, too. This paper discusses mainly the characteristics and nature of the enterprisc＇ s harmonious management so that we can understand and grasp the connotation and essence of the enterprise＇ s harmonious management profoundly.
