重大活动接待单位餐具消毒检测结果分析

Data analysis of examine on the dishware disinfection in the reception departments with responsibility for bigness movement

目的:了解分析重大活动接待单位餐具消毒现状及存在问题,提出餐具消毒卫生监督管理的对策,进一步提高食品卫生总体水平。方法:采用纸片法对南宁市不同级别接待单位的不同类型餐具进行抽样检验,采用卡方检验进行数据统计比较。结果:接待单位餐具检测合格率为79.18%,不同级别的接待单位、不同类型的餐具合格率有一定的差异,准4星级以上接待单位的合格率最高,大餐具的合格率最低。结论:南宁市重大活动接待单位的餐具消毒存在不同程度的卫生隐患。需通过把好发证关、加强人员卫生知识培训和采取“五常法”监督管理的模式等综合途径,改善接待单位餐具消毒卫生状况,确保重大活动食品卫生安全保障万无一失。

Objective： To examine and analyse the status and problems in quo of the dishwares disinfection in the reception departments with responsibility for the bigness movement. Methods：We sampled different kinds of dishware in different ranks of reception departments by the scrip method, and used chisq. Test to ananlysis the datas of the examine results. Results： The eligible rate of dishwares disinfection is 79.18% in the reception departments of Nanning city. There are distinction among the different ranks of reception departments and distinction among the different kinds of dishwares. The highest eligible rate is in those reception departments with a rank above 4 stars, and the big type of dishware is with the lowest eligible rate. Conclusion： the dishwares disinfection in the reception departments with responsibility for the bigness movement exists a sanitary hidden trouble in Nanning city. We need a integrative means, including checking on the certificate award, strengthening the knowledge trainning of sanitation,and take the ＂five often metheod＂ supervisory managing mode to improve the sanitary status of the dishwares disinfection in the reception departments, in order to insure the perfectly dietetic safety of the bigness movement.
