Carrying out Scientific Developing Conception and Speed up Steps of Reform and Development of Sanitation Career

目的:探讨新时期加快推进卫生事业改革和发展、建立全民健康和医疗卫生体系的问题。方法:分析卫生事业面临的有利和不利因素,以及加快推进卫生事业改革和发展的措施。结果:加快推进卫生事业改革和发展,提高全民族的健康素质,对于构建社会主义和谐社会,实现社会公平,维护社会稳定,促进经济社会发展具有重要的影响。结论:对加快推进卫生事业改革和发展,建议做好四项工作。

Objective： Discuss problems occured in speeding up the reform and development of sanitation career, building up civil healthy and medical sanitation system. Methods：Analyse the advantages and disadvantages in the sanitation career and measurements in speeding up the reform and development of sanitation career. Results： Speeding up the reform and development of sanitation career and improving national healthy diathesis has great influence on constructing socialism harmonious society, fulfilling social equity, maintain social stabilization and promoting the development of economic society. Conclusion： Four jobs should be clone in speeding up reform and development of sanitation career as follows.
