摘要
目的了解新世纪高中生人格特质与学业成绩之间的关系。方法本研究采用随机抽样法抽取被试,以班级为单位进行团体施测,对高中生进行16PF人格问卷的测试,并选取2005年上学期期末考试中的语文、数学、英语成绩进行相关研究。结果学业成绩与人格特质存在一定的相关性。结论教师应该根据不同学科所需要的人格特质,并结合学生的不同人格特质,进行区分教学。
Objective To investigate the relationship between personality and academic achievement of high school students in new century. Methods 400 high school students were sampled randomly and tested in groups by 16PF. Their academic achievement of language, mathematics, English in 2005 were collected. Results Academic achievement related to personality. Conclusion Teachers should take corresponding teaching skills in some subjects according to students' personality.
