摘要
目的探讨学龄前儿童感觉统合能力发展与行为问题的关系。方法采用Achenbach儿童行为量表、感觉统合能力发展核查表对716名4～5岁儿童进行问卷调查。结果儿童感觉统合失调组行为问题检出率分明显高于感觉统合正常组儿童,儿童感觉统合各分项得分与多个行为因子得分呈正相关。结论感觉统合能力发展愈差,愈易发生行为问题,预防与早期干预儿童感觉统合失调,可以减少儿童行为问题的发生。
Objective To study the relationship between behavior problems and sensory integration of children . Methods 716 children aged 4-5 were studied by children behavior check-list （CBCL） and sensory integrative schedule. Results The check rates of behavior problem in children sensory integration dysfunction group were significantly higher than that of normal group. There were several factors positively correlated with the scores of behavior sensory integration. Conclusion Children with worse sensory integration dysfunction are liable to have behavior problems. Preventing：and interfering sensory integration dysfunction can decrease the behavior problems.
