p53基因治疗与放射治疗联合应用于肿瘤研究

摘要 野生型p53基因的导入不仅可诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,而且还可以提高肿瘤细胞对放射线的敏感性,从而增强放射治疗对肿瘤细胞的杀伤作用,但其作用机制尚未完全明了。野生型p53基因和放射线的协同作用有助于提高肿瘤疗效,从而使针对p53基因的基因治疗和放射线联合治疗方案具有良好的应用前景。 Introduction of wild-type p53 (wt p53 ) into transformed cells is lethal for most cancer cells in vitro not only through the pathway of cell apoptosis but also through enhancing the sensitivity of tumor cells to radiation, but the certain mechanism involved in these processes is still unknown. Previous researches indicate synergetic effect of wt p53 gene and radiation on promoting the long-term clinical outcome of cancer therapy. Combination of wt p53 gene therapy with radiotherapy appears to be a promising strategy for human cancers.
