摘要
本文对高压平面结终端结构优化设计中采用的各种数值方法开展了分析和比较，总结了其中的一般性规律，对终端结构优化设计的发展提出了自己的看法。
In this paper, we discussed the various kinds of optimum method of high-vo1tage planar junctioh's structure, and conc1uded its common principle, and set forth our opinions about the development of junction termination techniques
