阐述了矿产资源合理利用的重要性,并有针对性地提出了提高矿产资源利用率的技术管理和技术水平两个方面具体措施。
The importance of reasonable utilization of mineral resources was sets forth in this article. Then, two corresponding countermeasures of technique management and exploitation technology were given for improving utilization rate of mineral resources.
