摘要
《西游记》不但在文学和史学中有着重要研究价值，它在法学研究中也有着重大的意义。从法学角度来看，该部小说在起诉制度、拘传、逮捕和囚禁制度、证据制度与审判制度四个方面反映了众多的明代刑事诉讼制度。
＂Xi You Ji＂ has important value in the art and history research. Furthermore, it is of invaluable significance in the law study. From the viewpoint of law study, this book embodies the criminal procedure system of Ming d）arasty in four aspects： accusatorial system, arrest and imprisonment system, evidence system and judgment system.
