摘要
在企业中,具有不良亚文化的群体,存在道德风险问题,他们阻碍组织的变革,其行为结果与组织目标不一致,并具有“劣币驱逐良币”效应。良好的企业管理制度在一定程度上能抑制企业中可能存在的任意行为和机会主义行为。企业管理制度应符合社会道德规范,应具有惩罚性,应能约束领导人的行为。
In the enterprise, the group with bad subculture has the problem of moral risk. They hold back the change of the organization, the outcome of their behavior is not consistent with corporation aim and has law of bad money driving the good money. The management institution of the corporation could control the random and the opportunist behavior. The good enterprise management accords with social standard and has the nature of punishment which can also restrain the leader.
