摘要
利用人工智能气候箱,对饲料甜菜JZSL-7进行了光温诱导处理试验,结果表明:在温度4~6℃,相对湿度60%,光照5000 lx,连续光照条件下,在饲料甜菜两对真叶期,随着诱导时间的增加,饲料甜菜JZSL-7抽薹率和开花率均提早、提高,光温诱导40~120 d,饲料甜菜JZSL-7可以当年抽薹开花结实,从播种到种子成熟至少需要254 d,比通常情况下缩短100 d以上。
The experiment on forage beet line JZSL- 7 was carried out in the artificial intelligent climatic chamber, with the photoinduction and then-noinduction technique. The experiment results indicated that under the continuous illumination condition, with temperature of 4-6℃, relative humidity at 60 %, intensity of illumination at 5 000 lx, flower stage of forage beet came ahead of time, and the rate of bolting was increased as induction time was increased. When photo induction and therminduction continued for 40-120 d, the forage- beets could form the normal seeds in that year. From seeding to forming seeds, at least 254 days are needed, it was more than 100 d shorter than normal.
