摘要
实验从4个酸马奶样品中分离得到的39株酵母菌,并对其进行属的鉴定:包括形态学和生化鉴定。依据《酵母菌的特征与鉴定手册》将其归入6个属,分别是:酵母属、假丝酵母属、克勒克酵母属、酒香酵母属、德克酵母属和有孢圆酵母属。
In this paper, 39 strain yeasts were isolated from 4 samples of koumiss.Generic Identification was conducted through Morphology and bioehmaistry . All these strain yeasts were included in 6 categories according to the characters and identification of yeast such as Saccharomyces, Sandida, Kloeckera, Brettanomyces, Dekkera and Torulaspora .
