摘要
混凝土中钢筋腐蚀十分严重,为了对混凝土内钢筋腐蚀进行在线监测,设计了箔栅电阻探针试样及钢筋腐蚀监测仪。介绍了电阻探针监测系统的原理及组成,采用电阻探针法测量了10 mm和20 mm两种混凝土保护层厚度的试样浸泡在青岛海水全浸区、潮差区和长江港淡水环境以及实验室内3%氯化钠溶液中的钢丝电阻腐蚀情况,由电阻值变化可计算出钢丝腐蚀率。试验结果表明,电阻探针法能实时地监测混凝土中钢筋腐蚀的行为。
With a view to the corrosion of the reinforcing steel bars in reinforced concrete,foil-grating resistance probe samples and a device for monitoring of the corrosion of the reinforced concrete were designed and prepared so as to realize online monitoring of the corrosion of the reinforcing steel bars in the reinforced concrete.Thus the principle and buildup of the resistance probe system for corrosion monitoring were introduced.The corrosion behavior of the steel wires,covered with concrete layers of 10 mm and 20 mm thick and subject to immersion in all-soaked and tideland locations in Qingdao sea area,fresh water environment of the Changjiang River,and 3% sodium chloride aqua indoor,was measured using the electric resistance probe.The corrosion rate of the steel wires was calculated by taking into account the chages in the electric resistance under various testing conditions.It was found that the resistance probe system and relevant measurement method could be well used for the online monitoring of the corrosion of the reinforcing steel bars in the reinforced concrete.
