摘要
通过对高校学术权力和行政权力错位分析,提出了以实现学术自由与行政效率的双赢为目标,构建高校行政权力与学术权力的耦合路径。
In the article, the author advances the coupling system of authority and academy power by means of analyzing the improper operation between them in order to achieve the double-win to both academy freedom and authority efficiency.
