欠发达地区中小学教师专业发展制约因素探析——以广东省为例的实证研究

摘要 中小学教师专业化区域发展不平衡问题是教育发展不均衡的核心问题之一。欠发达地区的教师专业化进展缓慢,已经成为全面推进教师专业化、从根本上解决义务教育发展不均衡问题的一个瓶颈。欠发达地区与发达地区中小学教师专业发展的不均衡性具体表现为学历层次、职称层次、专业发展意识与需求等方面。制约欠发达地区中小学教师专业的发展,主要有经济性、文化性和体制性等多重因素。我们必须正视这一问题,从继续教育制度完善,培训课程和模式创新,加大软硬件扶持力度等方面制定解决的对策。 One of the crucial issues about the asymmetric development of education is the regional asymmetry of specialization of primary and middle school teachers. Compared with the specialization of teachers in much developed regions, it is evident for the less-developed regions that there are several insufficiencies in the levels of teachers' educational backgrounds, titles of professional post and ideas to develop their specialized subjects. In one word, the slow progress in the less-developed regions has become the "bottle-neck" for the resolution of asymmetry development of compulsory education and the general specialization of teachers. The restricting factors which baffle the development of specialization in less-developed regions root in economy, culture and political institutions. It is the internal needs to achieve equilibrium in education for the construction of a harmonious society. To solve the problem, this paper proposes that countermeasures be taken to better the system of further education, innovate the training mode and programs and intensify the support in this respect.
